this afternoon,quite the fit was thrown when i said "no coloring!"...huge tears...i saw those tears and caved...

almost every morning she works on this project of scribbling on my journal...i think the easter bunny might need to bring her some other art stuff...

great things about Mai:

1.giggles.....lately before i feed her for her nap i look  in her eyes and she will giggle...i love it...

2.such a helper....she will gladly throw things away...thankfully,nothing valuable yet..

3.signing  has been awesome but when she REALLY wants something she will do every sign she knows(brad describes her looking like  a  baseball catcher doing all his signs)

i have been using my time by sleeping and catching up on 15 mo of minimal sleep...it has been wonderful and possible because lil girl has been taking her two naps in her crib!!!!even her night sleep has improved dramatically.. i do miss seeing this though:

 and the best news is maya is napping in her crib!!!! any vacation has seemed to mess her sleep up so i decided to start making  a nap in the crib be her new norm.now i just need to stay consistent....

so far mtn. time to maya has meant: not going to bed until ten, snuggles with mom and dad allll night(refused to sleep in the pak n play),play time with cousins,yummy pancakes for breakfast from aunt rhonda, and fun snow time.......lucky girl!!
